Joyful or Safe?
The life we want is often on the other side of what feels secure.
Day 20/21-Day Soul Shift Series: The Higher Self Standard
What type of experience do you want to have?
Joyful or safe?
Everything we ever want boils down to feeling joy.
Our desires, ambitions, envy, and jealousy pull us towards it.
But everything we ever do is towards what feels most safe and secure.
Editing the message on your heart so many times, wanting it to land with everyone, until you end up deleting it anyway.
Offering discounts or freebies to soften the possibility of someone being unhappy with your work.
Dipping in and out of visibility, only showing the version of yourself you think is safest to be seen.
At some point, we begin to realize how much of our life is built around safety.
What we say becomes what we think others want to hear.
What we pursue becomes what we think we should want.
What we create becomes what we believe will be accepted.
Then life starts to feel mundane, monotonous, draining, and apathetic.
The joy begins to feel out of reach.
Your soul feels further away.
And the meaning of life starts to fade.
The overachievers respond by doing more.
Work harder and push even harder.
Learn more to feel adequate.
Earn the success.
Prove that you’re worthy of having it.
Yet at either end of the result, it still leaves you feeling like an imposter.
Because you don’t feel the joy or the power in what you’ve created.
The question comes back to what should I do?
Meanwhile, it’s about how to be.
The question to ask is what type of experience do you want to have?
Joyful or safe?
And explore one fear at a time.
One limitation or constraint at a time.
One restriction or hold at a time.
One pattern at a time.
As each unconscious pattern becomes conscious, you gain the ability to choose differently.
What I’ve found is that the fear is real.
So is the limitation, the pattern.
But what we create from it is where our power lives.
Continue the Journey
Knowing what keeps you safe is one thing.
Learning how to move beyond it is another.
The paid experience includes guided shamanic journeys that accompany each reflection, helping you explore the fears, patterns, and unconscious agreements that shape your choices and life experience.
Not to become someone different.
But to reclaim the parts of yourself that you have always known, the way.
Upgrade to paid and continue the journey.
